The Midnight Court Soirée will take place at St Mary’s Guildhall, Coventry, in the Great Hall, on Saturday, 4th October 2025. Doors open at 7:30 PM.
🎟 Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
All tickets are non-refundable. However, if the event sells out, we can list your ticket for resale. If it sells, you will receive a full refund.
👗 What’s the dress code?
Fantasy finery is highly encouraged! Think ethereal elegance, rogueish charm, gothic grandeur, or high-fantasy nobility. Modern formalwear is welcome, but why not embrace the magic? No metal weapons or real blades are permitted.
🍽 Is food included?
Yes! Food is included in your ticket price. You will be asked to select your meal option during checkout. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know so we can inform the venue.
🍹 Will there be a bar?
Yes! A fully stocked bar will be available, featuring themed cocktails and a selection of other drinks available for purchase.

St Mary’s Guildhall is located in Coventry City Centre. The nearest train station is Coventry Station, which is a 10-minute walk away. There are also several car parks nearby, including Salt Lane Car Park and Grove Street Car Park.
